Six Sentence Sunday #2

Today my Six Sentence Sunday comes from Human Touch, a sci-fi set thousands of years in the future where sex between humans is believed to be an impossibility. This story spans almost 100 years and touches three families as they discover their own sexuality and truth.

Set Up:

It’s 2525, Miles and Jules Clark, non-sexually active spouses, are searching through an office in an abandoned building on the SPAR compound for contraband believed to be destroyed in 500 years earlier.

My Six:

“Look Jules, look at what our ancestors were like,” Miles flipped open a brown covered book to a picture of a couple fondling each other. “They’re just like we are, trying to learn about each other.”
Jules intensely studied the black and white sketch of a woman with her hand wrapped around a man’s penis. Miles caught his breath as he felt her hand glide over his crotch, her wide-eyed gaze never leaving the page. He caressed the inside of her thigh in return, his cock pulsing in response to both mind and physical stimulation. Whatever had sparked this boldness was beyond him, but he wasn’t about to stop her in mid-stream now.

  3. There's a lot of speculative truth to your premise and what a great set up for a novel! I think they have a lot of...self-discovery yet to come. Interesting six today!
